How to gain access


The IATA Lithium Battery Shipping Guidelines (LBSG) Online has been discontinued. The product may no longer be purchased.

Current subscriptions will remain active until the end of 2017.

How to reset your password


If you forgot your password, click on "Can't access your account?" from the LBSG Online Login Page


  • Enter the email address that was used to log in
  • Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice
  • You will receive a password reset link by email
  • Enter the 4-digit PIN from above and choose a new password.

If you never received your initial access after your purchase


  • Check your Spam folders in case the initial email was intercepted.

If you require further assistance, submit a New support ticket. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Type of issue: Other issues
  • Specify: LBSG Online access
  • The email address used to log in
  • The purchase date and order number, if available.

If you already have an open ticket, click on Check ticket status and add a note to let us know that you require further assistance.
