If you have lost your product key, submit a New support ticket. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Product name and Edition
  • Type of issue: Activation issues


In the ticket or email body, please include as many of the following as you can:

  • The order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The product user's email address (used at the time of initial activation, if applicable)
  • The date of purchase


If you already have an open ticket, click on Check ticket status and add a note to let us know that you require further assistance.
