If the same page is displayed when you scroll, or use the top arrow buttons, or click in a different section on the Table of Contents, try the following:

Select Edit on the top menu bar then Preferences. Under the General tab, locate the box that says "Use software based rendering" and check it, then click "Ok".

If the issue persists, please Submit a New Ticket and provide the following information:

  • Name of the publication;
  • Platform used:
    • Bookshelf Online (specify the browser)
    • Bookshelf app (specify the Operating System)
  • A brief description of the issue, including any relevant error message.
