No book license


Causes of this error: 

  1. You are incorrectly signed in with a different email address that of where the eTextbook is licensed in. Please sign out of the incorrect Bookshelf account;
  2. You have multiple accounts with eTextbooks;
  3. The eTextbook has expired.

If you require assistance, please submit a request for assistance via the IATA Customer Portal. Provide the following information:


  • Name of the publication;
  • The email address used for the Bookshelf account;
  • Platform used:
    • Bookshelf Online (specify browser)
      or
    • Bookshelf app (specify operating system: Windows, macOS, iOS or Android)
  • A brief description of the issue, including any relevant error message.
