You may receive the following error when trying to get a download link from our Download Center:
"The information entered is not valid. Product key not found"
This means the product key you entered is not a valid product key. Make sure that you type the product key correctly, with a dash character "-" in between each string of 4 characters, or copy-paste it from the email you received after your purchase. The product key should look like this:
Some email clients may replace the short dash characters "-" with the long dashes "–" which will be rejected by the license server. One workaround solution is to copy-paste the product key into Notepad, then copy-paste the key from Notepad to the activation panel. Since Notepad has no formatting, this should revert the hyphen to the regular dash character.
