If your desktop becomes cluttered with multiple icons after installing one of our product, it means you selected the desktop as the install folder. To fix this situation, you will have to uninstall the product and reinstall it in an appropriate folder:

 

For the IATA Reader:


  • Start Menu > All Programs > IATA > Reader v1.0 > Tools > Uninstall IATA Reader v1.0;
    Click Yes when it prompts you to deactivate the installed publications: this will release the product keys to allow a re-installation.
     
  • Run the IATA Reader installer again;
     
  • The suggested default install folder is:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\IATA\


For the legacy publications (pre-2017):


  • Start Menu > All Programs > IATA > Product Name > Tools > Uninstall Product Name
    Click Yes when it prompts you to deactivate the product key: this will release it to allow a re-installation.
     
  • Run the installer file again
     
  • The suggested default install folder is:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\IATA
