Activation within virtual environments is not enabled for IATA publications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may pose. We recommend that you install the publication on a physical computer instead.

If this is not possible, please submit a request for assistance via the IATA Customer Portal. Include the following information:

  • Product name
  • Product Key

Specify this is for an activation in a virtual environment, and also provide the following information to help us determine what you are trying to accomplish:


  • Virtualization type (virtual machine, virtual desktop, distributed application, ...)
  • Virtualization product used (Parallels, VMWare, Citrix, ...)
  • Target operating system
  • The number of core users.
  • The number of infrequent users.
  • Geographical distribution


If you have a physical computer please provide us the model of your computer, Operating system type, and your product key.
