When trying to activate the application with your product key, you may get the following error:
This means the product key is currently activated, and it will not allow you to activate it (again) until the product key is deactivated.
If you are trying to install the product on a new computer, please be aware that your product key is a single-user license, and as per the End User License Agreement (EULA) it can only be installed on a single computer. You will need to deactivate the product key from the initial computer in order to be able to download, install and activate it on another computer.
To deactivate the product key from the current computer:
- Start the IATA Reader
- Locate the publication (enable "View only available" at the top)
- Click on the cogwheel icon
- Go to the Activation tab
- Click on "Deactivate online"
Once this is done, you should be able to reactivate the product on another computer.

If you don't know on what computer the product has been activated, you don't have access to it anymore, or you are trying to reactivate the product on the same computer after a crash, please submit a request for assistance via the IATA Customer Portal. Include the following information:
- A brief description of the issue;
- Product name;
- Product key;
- The computer name on which you want to install the product.
This can be found by going to Start Menu > right-click "Computer" > Properties
